Washing partOur company create the flip type bottle clamp, the clamp stuck in the bottleneck to avoid the screw cap pollution from bottle rubber clamp. The bottle clamp is made of stainless steel, sanity and durable.Filling partWe apply to automatic filling valve cleaning bottle and cleaning bottle ejection and return drive mechanism, CIP cleaning system is controlled by PLC.
Capping partThe most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

L Air conveyor is directly linked with feed-in starwheels, making it easier to change bottles without screws and conveyor chains.
L Bottles are transferred in the manner of hanging neck. Bottles can be changed through some replacement, which instead of adjusting the height of machine.
L Rinsing-clamp which special design is strong and endurable, no contact with bottle-mouth, to prevent pollution.
L Highly effective spraying nozzles equipped on the rinsing-clamp can rinse every side of inner bottle and save water.
L Accessories which contact with material are all made of stainless steel, no dead angles and easy to clean up.
L Bottling volume can be controlled by membrane adjusting valves to ensure accurate filling.
L Valve on-off system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which starts on bottle signals.
L High-speed and highly accurate bottling valves ensure no loss of liquid at high speed.
L Equipped with CIP clean-in-place return pipeline.
L Bottom splint which fixed in the feed-out starwheel goes down in the manner of screw. Bottles can be changed without adjustment of height of conveyor chain.
