Whole carbonated filler:

--Soft drink filler will be stopped automaticlly when no bottle and bottles cramped wrongly.
Bottle washing part:
--With 40 washing heads
--Stainless steel bottle washing clips longlife sapn for use.
--With high accurate bottle washing whole, with average washing force.
Our company create the flip type bottle clamp, the clamp stuck in the bottleneck to avoid the screw cap pollution from bottle rubber clamp. The bottle clamp is made of stainless steel, sanity and durable.
Bottle filling part:
--With 40 heads bottle filling heads
--The soft drink filler adopts advanced technology and NanJing valves, with high filling precision.
--High filling speed and automatically control of filling liquid
--With rotary bearings for better protection of whole machine
--With a ring liquid tank to guarantee the filling effect
--Damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.
We apply to automatic filling valve cleaning bottle and cleaning bottle ejection and return drive mechanism, CIP cleaning system is controlled by PLC.
Bottle capping part:
--With 12 capping heads
--For plastic screw cap
--With auto cap lifer, cap sorter, cap loader, cap capper
--The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.The power of the screw capping can also be fixed.The capps can not be damaged,the capping is reliable.
--Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damagining the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.
The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
Main Platform structure
We applied to stainless steel board Through hole tensile structure exclusively and equipped with O style sealing ring to make sure the possibility of filter reduce to zero with the bearing pedestal and Supporting shaft and other Easy infiltration area.
Water treatment system part
Use a variety of filter materials with different pore sizes to remove impurities from the water by adsorption or blocking.
The more important one of the attached methods is adsorption with activated carbon.
The barrier method is to pass water through the filter material, so that the bulky impurities can not pass, and then get cleaner water.
Bottle blowing machine
PET bottle blow molding machine is used to blow bottles from PET perform which can be bought directly from the market.
We will help to design the bottle shape basing on clients' requirement before making bottle mould. We will suggest the preform weight basing on the bottle type.
Labeling machine & Packing machine part
Labeling Machine1.Whole machine adopt qualified stainless steel and good-quality of aluminum alloy , compact and reasonable fracture, convenient to adjust;
2. The label roll frame of shrinkage film with adjustable device, convenient to adjust according to differ volume label 5″~10″paper tube.
3. Simply installation, then can convenient for square and round bottle.

Shrink wrapping system - Thermal shrink packaging machine is a new type of packaging machinery capable of high-efficiency and continuous operation and designed on the basis of thermal shrinkage property of packaging film.
- It can automatic arrange, group, wrap with shrink film single PET beverage bottle or other similar substances, and turn into assembly package by heat shrinkage and cold setting. Products packaged in this way will be tied up firmly presenting orderly and good appearance, and will be easy to open.
