DXGF series filling machine apply to the production of carbonated soft drink, Soda Water, Isotonic Drinks, etc.

We can supply complete CSD Filling Machine components of:
1) Water treatment system
Use a variety of filter materials with different pore sizes to remove impurities from the water by adsorption or blocking.
The more important one of the attached methods is adsorption with activated carbon.
The barrier method is to pass water through the filter material, so that the bulky impurities can not pass, and then get cleaner water.
2) Carbonation mixing system (including refrigeration)
Main features:
1.The soft drink making machine is mainly suitable for mixing process of all kinds of carbonated drink with high gas ration.It make the water, sugar, gas mixed together for high quality gas drink.
2.This soft drink making machine is made with the newest technology. It is in the leading position comparing with similar production in China.
3.It is also used in mixing slurry drink,fermented drink and other drinks.
4.This soft drink making machine is 9T/H with high gas containing, 4 times gas mixing, with 5 mixing tank, degassing function, with heat exchanger, independent electronic control box, with high pressure mixing pump.
5.Automatic with alarm:The pressure in all tank and the liquid level if the machine are all controlled automatically with PLC.
6.Once a error occurs,the alarm lamp will light and the alarm ring will sound and the mixer stop automatically.
7.Easy operation and regulation:The operation of mixer is especially convenient Only turn around the buttons according to the pre-set program,the normal operation can be carried out.The production capacity,water- sugar proportion and gas content can be adjusted without exchanging any parts.
8.Even mixing and accurate proportion:One time mixing process is adopted,so the mixture is even.The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation,Its precision can reach about 0.05%.
9.Even gas content: It has a battle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating.
So its carbon content is especially high.
